Exhibitor Verification

Often the only exhibitor contact details held by an organiser will be the email address supplied on the stand contract. This usually turns out to be the general "info@" address or that of the person who signed the contract (usually the managing director).

We provide a telephone calling service that will verify the correct marketing, operations and sales contact for each exhibitor, ensuring all your valuable marketing communications are being delivered to the right person.

More than this we will interview each exhibitor to make sure thay have received all your exhibitor communications to date and are aware of any initiatives you may be running as part of your exhibitor campaign. Which can include any of our own Exhibitor Marketing Packages.

We will work with you to write a script for the calls and provide a spreadsheet providing a breakdown of each contact.

Enhanced Package

Confirmation of individual contact details and recipt of exhibition literature, consists of:

  1. Telephone call to each exhibitor to verify the name, position and contact details of;
    • The stand manager
    • The marketing contact
    • The onsite sales contact
  2. Confirmation that exhibitor has recieved all additional event communications (content t.b.c. by organiser)
  3. Confirmation that exhibitor is aware of all other event initiatives
  4. Report spreadsheet of confirmed details

Premium Package

Confirmation of individual contact details and upload support, consists of:

  1. Telephone call to each exhibitor to verify the name, position and contact details of;
    • The stand manager
    • The marketing contact
    • The onsite sales contact
  2. Confirmation that exhibitor has recieved all additional event communications (content t.b.c. by organiser)
  3. (Re)Sending of event based literature/login details to exhibitor as required
  4. Upload of exhibitor logo, profile and contact details to event website where required
  5. Confirmation that exhibitor is aware of other event initiatives
  6. Report spreadsheet of confirmed details
