Event Preparation

If you’re new to exhibiting, attending an event for the first time or simply don't have the time to prepare for your chosen event then our preparation package is the starting point for your exhibiting journey.

It consists of three levels of support, designed to get you to the show with the minimum of fuss, so you arrive on the day, focussed and fully prepared to do business. We manage logistics to ensure deadlines are met and that everything you ordered is in place.

Basic Package

1. Review and understand the event documentation, (so you don’t have to). Which normally includes;

  • The exhibitor manual
  • The marketing manual
  • The Exhibitor toolkit

2. Remind you about deadlines and prices for:

  • Furniture
  • Electrics/sockets
  • Flooring/Lighting
  • Onsite catering for staff/visitors
  • Lead generation tools
  • Staff exhibitor badges

3. Upload your company logo, contact details, company description and category selections to your page on the event website.

4. Confirm your entry in the event guide (or equivalent onsite show publication)


Enhanced Package

1. Review and understand the event documentation, (so you don’t have to). Which normally includes;

  • The exhibitor manual
  • The marketing manual
  • The Exhibitor toolkit

2. Schedule your deadlines and prices for:

  • Furniture
  • Electrics/sockets
  • Flooring/Lighting
  • Onsite catering for staff/visitors
  • Lead generation tools
  • Staff exhibitor badges

3. Upload your company logo, contact details, company description and category selections to your page on the event website.

4. Confirm your entry in the event guide (or equivalent onsite show publication).

5. Review and advise on the use of the event organisers free marketing tools (Usually free banner adverts, show logos).

6. Set up your personalised registration page/links (allowing you access to the pre-registration data of anyone registering for the show through your links).

7. Provide new promotional graphics for your own website and email footers (linked to your personalised registration page).


Premium Package

1. Review and understand the event documentation, (so you don’t have to). Which normally includes;

  • The exhibitor manual
  • The marketing manual
  • Exhibitor toolkit

2. Book your additional exhibition items ahead of the organiser deadlines:

  • Furniture
  • Electrics/sockets
  • Flooring/Lighting
  • Onsite catering for staff/visitors
  • Lead generation tools
  • Staff exhibitor badges

3. Upload your company logo, contact details, company description and category selections to your page on the event website.

4. Confirm and supply content for your entry in the event guide (or equivalent onsite show publication).

5. Review and implement the event organisers free marketing tools (Usually free banner adverts, show logos).

6. Set up your personalised registration page/links (allowing you access to the pre-registration data of anyone registering for the show through your links).

7. Provide new promotional graphics for your own website and email footers (linked to your personalised registration page).

8. Organise your on-site scanner, set your visitor questions and deliver your sales leads for follow up.
